The MDSU Campus Faculty, Staff, Students, and Research Scholars are required to enrol as Members of the Central Library upon joining the university campus by filling the Membership Form, which must be forwarded through their Head of Department/Section.

The registration form should be enclosed with the following documents:
1. Photocopy of admission fee receipt for SRF / JRF / Research Scholar.
2. Satisfactory order by the Head of Department in case of a Guest Faculty.
3. Colour passport size recent photograph.
