The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is a statutory body mandated by the POSH Act, 2013, whose sole work is to address and resolve complaints of sexual harassment against women students and employees. Its functions include receiving complaints, conducting impartial and confidential inquiries, facilitating conciliation if requested, recommending disciplinary action to the administration, and conducting gender sensitization programs to ensure a safe, respectful, and harassment-free campus environment.
